QUESTION: Does the PR-Tracker setup program write over existing DLLs shared by other applications? ANSWER: If PR-Tracker uses newer version of the DLL than what is on your computer, the computer's older version of the DLL will be replaced by the one shipped with PR-Tracker. If the DLL on the computer is the newer or the same as the one shipped with PR-Tracker the DLL is not replaced. the same applies for all other files installed by PR-Tracker setup. When older versions of a DLL or some other kind of component are replaced by newer version of a component, applcations that use the older version will still work.
