QUESTION: I installed the bug tracking system on the network. I then created a project and configured additional fields. I then tried to create a bug. Up until here, everything works. I then tried to assign the bug. This is where my problem occurs. The assign, resolution, and verification combo boxes are greyed out. How can I enable it? SOLUTIONS: The default PR-Tracker configuration requires you to Originate and Assign problems in separate steps. To Assign problem reports do menu Edit | Assign. If you want to Assign problem reports when you Originate them you need to set the project workflow settings accordingly. To setup workflow do menu Setup | Configure Current Project to bring up the Configure Project dialog. Select the Workflow tab on the dialog and select the settings that you want.
