PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Overflow error occurs while viewing a problem report. This error only affects computers whose Regional Settings for numbers specify that a comma is used for a decimal point (computers in the United States are not likely to have this setting). SOLUTION: This problem was fixed in version 4.0 build 80. If you have an earlier version of PR-Tracker, upgrade to the most recent 4.xx version.
