QUESTION: When starting PR-Tracker I get error "This key is already associated with an element of this collection" displayed in dialog box "Get_Init_Settings". ANSWER: This error can happen when two views or two queries have the same name. PR-Tracker 4.20 and above doesn't allow entry of views or queries with duplicate names; however, older versions of PR-Tracker did. Consequently, this error sometimes occurs after upgrading. To fix the problem, edit the PRTRACKER.INI file to get rid of views and queries with the same name.
