When changing the database from ACCESS to SQL Server I get the following error message.

Error 9040: An error occured while changing the database provider.

Error -2147217843: Login failed for user 'DOMAINNAME\prtracker'.

PrtrackerInterface:InitNewProviderDatabase ProjectDb.CreateDb Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server 5.10.0056

PR-Tracker 5.10.0137
frmConfigureProject:cmdClickOK PRBASE:ConvertDbToNewProvider prtracker

Error occurs -2147217843 because the user prtracker does not have privilege to create a SQL Server database. Note that all database operations are performed by functions inside PRTRACK.DLL which runs under the authority of user prtracker (assuming that you set it up this way in component services). The two ways to fix this problem.

1) Make the user prtracker a local administrator on the SQL Server computer.
2) Or make user prtracker a System Administrator of SQL Server.
